Your feedback on testing

Thanks for giving us your feedback of on-site testing by filling in this anonymous survey. If you didn't test, please still complete so we can understand how to make the testing work for you. Your feedback will help us make testing work better for you and people in your community in the future.

The survey includes multiple choice questions and free texts fields. We would really appreciate if you can provide further explanations in the free text fields, so we can understand your feedback better. The survey should take 3-5 minutes to complete.

Please also ask the questions to others in your community who cannot access it digitally, or who have difficulties answering it in English, and fill in the survey for them.
